Types of Lanyards
There are many types of lanyard available. Which one is right for you depends on how you want to use them.
A lanyard is basically just a piece of string held together in a loop by the clip. Most are designed to be worn around the neck. However, some are smaller and are designed to fit around the wrist or hung from a belt or belt loop.
You can buy lanyards made from strong cord, or from beaded chains made out of either metal or plastic. However, by far the most durable and best-looking lanyards are made from nylon. These lanyards lay flat, so are more comfortable to wear.
There are several different kinds of clips available. These include J clips, lobster clips or trigger clips.
